Welcome Home Assisted Living & Memory Care LLC wants to be known as a care home that follows our regulations and is an advocate for our Residents.

Principle

Leviticus 19:34a - "The stranger who resides with you shall be as a family member and you shall love him as yourself."

Once a resident moves into Welcome Home Assisted Living & Memory Care LLC, that resident is to be accepted with loving kindness. We plan to make the Resident feel like this truly is their home where they can feel loved and secure.

Mission

Ephesians 4:32 - "Be kind to one another, tender-hearted, forgiving each other, just as God in Christ has forgiven you."

We plan to help each Resident feel accepted by our staff and by other residents. We will intervene if there is a conflict between residents. Our mission is to have residents and staff that are kind and forgiving. A peaceful atmosphere is our goal as well as a happy atmosphere.

Accountability

1 Peter 5:2 - "Be shepherds of God's flock that is under your care, serving as overseers."

Welcome Home Assisted Living & Memory Care LLC is accountable to our Residents, to our staff, to our Residents' families, to the Ombudsman program and to our State Licensing department. We are also accountable to OSHA and state and federal employment laws. But most of all we are accountable to God in all we do in private and in public.
