Welcome Home Assisted Living & Memory Care LLC is a non-medical facility that specializes in Memory Care/Dementia. Our staff has on-going training to care for people with Memory Care/Dementia. The staff also is trained to watch for signs and symptoms of other medical conditions. We work closely with the doctors, home health agencies, and hospice.

Our goal is to give our residents a sense of a warm, secure environment. We encourage family involvement and input. Each resident is unique, so we have a custom care plan that encourages independence along with respectful assistance when needed.
